Great location near Hongik University district with art shops. Italian and Japanese food at Kitchen Special One. Free WiFi. Relaxing spa, hot tub, fitness center. Safety features. Concierge services.
Oh, just loved searching for the nonexistent wardrobe and trying to shave with that dim bathroom light! So delightful.

The hotel is conveniently located in the vibrant Hongdae neighborhood, just a stone's throw away from Hongik University. This means easy access to a plethora of entertainment options, restaurants, and shops. Being in the heart of the action definitely adds value to your stay here.
Despite all the positives, there was one aspect that could be improved - the cleanliness. Some reviews mentioned dirt on the floors, stains on the counters, and overall uncleanliness.

The location within Hongdae is excellent. Close enough to walk to the bustling activity, but not too close. Convenient store nearby. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Huge bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Clean room and bathroom.
Nothing all good.

The hotel was in a great location close to lots of restaurants and bars. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. we were pleased to receive complementary chocolates and a bottle of wine upon arrival - a nice touch.
The breakfast was a total letdown. Not only did they charge an extra fee for it, but the food was unappetizing and left us with stomach aches all day.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and the jiljimbang was relaxing and enjoyable. The location was great, with easy access to the airport and subway. It was also in a bustling area with many restaurants and shops to explore.
The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was small. The cleaning staff forgot to clean the room and there was construction noise that woke us up early in the morning.

the location was ideal, with two nearby subway stations and plenty of food and entertainment options within walking distance. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities including a modern bathroom and delicious breakfast. the staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with restaurant recommendations and travel arrangements. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace and gym facilities that were available. It was truly a great experience.
The noise level at night, which made it a bit hard to sleep.

Fantastic overall. My room at Marigold Hotel was surprisingly spacious and clean. The bed was great and the pillows were fluffy, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The toilet was also spacious and well-maintained. Despite a lack of natural light, the room was well-lit enough for most tasks. The hotel's location in the vibrant Hongdae area was also a major plus. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and great location.
